Shoulder Stretches

cross body shoulder stretchCross-body Arm Hold
Cross one arm over your chest and hold it with the elbow locked out. Use your other arm to pull your crossed-over arm even further in toward your chest.

behind head shoulder stretchBehind Head Arm Hold
Stick one arm straight up in the air. Bend it at the elbow behind your head so that the hand can lay flat on your back. Using your other arm grab your outward elbow and pull it further.
