Lower Back Twist StretchLower Back Twist Stretch
Sit on the floor with your legs outstretched and lean back with your arms holding your torso upright. Cross one leg over the other and keep your knee bent. Turn your torso towards the leg that you have crossed over. Using the arm on the opposite side as the leg that you crossed, pull your torso just a bit farther. Then repeat the whole action with the opposite sides of your body. This stretch focuses primarily on the lower back. There is also focus on the upper back on the side with the arm that is pushing your torso over.
