Lateral Raise

Stand up straight and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Your arms should be down at your sides with the backs of your hands facing out. Slowly move the dumbbells to slightly above your shoulders. Keep your arms out straight and do not bend your elbows. Be careful to keep your back straight and focus all of the effort on your shoulders. Slowly lower the weights (keeping your arms straight and elbows unbent) and repeat.
